·         The photo submitted is of the “transition” area at the street as shown in the top photo above. 

·         This subsequent photo is clearly knowingly NOT the portion of the pipe damaged by the contractor.

·      No sign of any stoppage,

·      No mud smears,

·      NOT the section of pipe damaged by contractor as outlined below.
